What is an Intelligence Credit?
Credits are consumed by any workflow that calls an LLM to generate new content, architecture documents, compliance reports, code, IaC, diagrams, runbooks, simulations, and autonomous agent runs. Operations with no LLM generation (NL lookups, approval routing, version control, analytics) are covered by your plan at no extra credit cost. Your plan includes a monthly credit bundle that resets each period.
What happens to unused credits?
Included monthly credits reset at the start of each billing period, unused credits do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is active; they expire only after 12 consecutive months of zero credit usage. Any workflow job execution resets the 12-month window. Trial credits expire 30 days from signup.
Do I pay the monthly fee even if I don't run any workflows?
Yes. The monthly plan fee covers platform access, your Persisted Enterprise Knowledge Graph, governance tooling, and your included credit bundle, all available to you regardless of whether you choose to run workflows in a given month. This is standard SaaS practice: your subscription secures reserved capacity and the full platform.
What's the trial like? Do I need a credit card?
The 14-day trial requires a business email. We'll provision your tenant within one business day. No credit card required to start. You'll receive trial credits to evaluate AI generation workflows end-to-end on a representative slice of your estate.
Can I bring my own LLM?
Yes. Route AI workflows to your preferred provider, including private, on-prem, or VPC-deployed models. Available across all tiers; BYO LLM at scale is a Hyperscale-tier capability with custom LLM contracts and dedicated AI infrastructure per region.
Which plans include SSO/SAML and SCIM?
SSO/SAML (Okta, Azure AD, any SAML 2.0 provider) is included from Professional tier and above. SCIM provisioning (auto-create users from your IdP) is available from Enterprise tier and above.
Do you have discounts or annual commitments?
Yes. Annual commitment discounts are available across all tiers, typical savings of 10–25%. Strategic, Global, and Hyperscale tiers include negotiated commitments. Talk to sales →
What about packages, are they included?
Marketplace package access is included across all plans. Individual packages, EA Foundation, AWS Landing Zone, Azure Enterprise, DevOps Standards, Security & Compliance, Data Platforms, Industry Verticals, are annual subscriptions billed alongside your monthly plan, with quarterly content updates included.
How are compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) handled?
All plans operate within our SOC 2 Type II target, ISO 27001-aligned controls, and GDPR-compliant data handling. Evidence is produced continuously from the Persisted Knowledge Graph, not reconstructed at audit time. HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOX support is available on Enterprise tier and above. More on Trust →
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can move between Startup, Professional, Enterprise, and Strategic at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Global and Hyperscale tiers are negotiated annual commitments, talk to sales for upgrade paths.

Every plan includes a monthly credit bundle sized to run your operations end to end. Operational activities, NL queries, approval routing, version control, analytics, are unlimited and don't consume credits.

Included monthly credits reset at the start of each billing period. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is active. Bring your own LLM if you'd prefer to route AI calls through your own provider.
